Gerechtigkeit für die Opfer von Rassismus (Marwa ElSherbiny)

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

hiermit erkläre ich im Namen des ägyptischen Volkes und der ganzen islamischen Welt meine Empörung über das abscheuliches Verbrechen, das vor Augen der Justiz im Dresdner Gerichtssaal passiert ist.

Frau Elsherbini war eine Muslime, die nicht viel verlangt hat als ihre normale menschliche Rechte und die Gerechtigkeit.
Sie hatte ihr Vertrauen an der Justiz und hat erwartet, dass sie am Ende ihre Rechte bekommt.

Und nun was passiert vor Augen des Gerichtes, deren Aufgabe die Menschenwürde und Freiheit der Religion zu schützen.

Abgesehen davon ob Frau Elsherbini Muslime oder mit Kopftuch ist oder nicht, sie ist ein Mensch und hatte ein 3 monats Kind in ihrem Leib. Sie wurde kaltblütig von einem rassistischen deutschen Einbürger ermordet ohne irgend eine von Ihren Polizeibeamten im Gerichtssaal Sicherheitsmaßnahme zu unternehmen.

Sie müssen wissen, dass das ganze ägyptische Volk sehr enttäuscht von Ihren mangelnden Sicherheitsmaßnahmen im Gerichtssaal, denn sie dachten , dass Deutschland ein demokratisches Land ist und Sie haben das Gegenteil bewiesen.

Die Anforderungen an Sie sind wie folgt:

Wir bitten Sie um eine Entschuldigung und das Bedaueren um diese schreckliche Tat in der Öffentlichkeit (Medien, Presse, Fernsehen und Zeitungen) populär zu machen.

Wir fordern Sie eine harte Strafe gegen den Verbrecher so wie den Polizeibeamten, der den Ehemann von Frau Erlsherbini am Bein erschoßen hat, zu unternehmen.

Diese schreckliche Tat ist nicht der einzelne Fall, sondern war das erste von dieser Art. Deshalb bitten wir sie was gegen Rassimus bzw. Kopftuchhaßer neue Maßnahmen einzusetzen, um das nochmal vorkommen zu verhindern .

Das alles wird natürlich nicht der Familie von Frau Elsherbini ihre Tochter zurück ins Leben bringen aber einbißchen zu Frieden stellen , denn sie haben große Hoffnung an die Gerechtigkeit in Deutschland.

Dear Sirs,
I'd like to express my personal and on behalf of Muslims around the world our growing outrage and devastation from the increasing discrimination and persecution of Muslims in the western communities, specially the escalation of hate crimes against devoted Muslims, for instance "The Martyr of Hijab" our pregnant sister Dr.Marwa Al Sherbiny who was brutally killed inside a German court in Dresden- Germany, with approx 18 stabs along with her husband who was stabbed severely too, ending with the non-justified shooting to her husband instead of restraining the cold blooded murderer, all that tragic incident occurred because the late victim's hijab provoked the killer.
Another incident occurred right in the USA, where a Muslim Imam his name Ali Mohammed was burned in his house, prior to that incident the victim's house was broken into and racial slurs were written on the wall offending the victim and Islam.
Such hate crimes ,and persecution of Muslims in some countries like France banning Hijab, other countries ridiculing our religion, our prophet Muhammed (PBUH) and offending our feeling by cartoons or films, that hate and persecution needs to stop, people around the world need to understand that Islam is a global faith, not the east or west, Islam is a way of life, Muslims believe that peace and tranquility can be achieved by obeying God commandments like Hijab and prayers, Muslims around the world have the right to practice their religion and dress their adequate garments without being persecuted for it as long they are respecting the laws of the country.
We demand that our beloved Muslim brothers and sisters live in peace, free to practice their religion and not be persecuted for what they dress, we are demanding the maximum punishment in your legislation to criminals who commit hate crimes based on a religion belief, we are demanding police protection to be provided to Muslims who faced prior hate crimes to avoid undesired tragedies ending with death from the escalation of hate crimes.
We would like our logical simple demands to be heard, respected and fulfilled to save us and the communities from more hate crimes, we are now in a difficult times around the world we all need peace and tranquility.
